All-inclusive in Iraq?

As violence levels slowly start to fall in Iraq, the country’s tourism industry is taking tentative steps towards rebuilding. And I mean tentative. The country’s tourist board held a poster competition as it begins to think about overseas promotion. And the board also asserts that Muslims and non-Muslims alike can apply for visas at any Iraqi embassy. Hmm. But for now, as bombs continue to fall, it seems unlikely that those posters will do much good in attracting foreign holidaymakers. I dread to think how much the travel insurance would cost.
